本作以将变态心理作为科学研究对象的“变态研讨会”为舞台，讲述在数名大学生之间所发生的“不寻常”的新感觉校园故事。动画版于上月宣布制作，由曾制作《出包王女》、《我的狐仙女友》等作的XEBEC担任，监督和角色设定分别是上坪亮树和近冈直。 声优方面，饰演故事中少有的正常人兼女主角松隆奈奈子的是花泽香菜（《会长是女仆大人》花园樱）；持有众多变态志向的研讨会前辈武蔵小麦由石田彰（《战国BASARA 弐》竹中半兵卫）饰演；梦想成为漫画家的田口则由白石稔（《幸运星》白石稔）担任。此外还有高口幸子、河原木志穂等人。 这张OAD将和预定于7月23日推出的《变态研讨会》第4卷限定版同捆发售，售价为3700日元，预约将从5月25日起实施。
